I could NEVER do what you do? If I had a nickel for every time I have heard that! Sure you could. You can do whatever you set your mind to do IF you are willing to work hard, listen to wise counsel, and are willing to serve. If you are willing to go a month or two or three with no income.
Real Estate is not a quick rich quick job by any means. It is hard. There are times I have cried with my clients and times when we jumped for joy. There are times when things were really sticky and we had to navigate some obstacles and then there have been times where things have gone smoothly.
Real Estate is about service! I am not selling a product but I am providing a service - my expertise, education, encouragement, and even sometimes, pulling the reins due to unrealistic expectations. It's not about me. It's about you!
Homeownership is achievable if you want it badly enough. What are you willing to give up today to get what you want tomorrow? Are you willing to stop eating out every meal of every day? Are you willing to plan your trips to save money on gas? Are you willing to get a second job? How badly you want something determines how hard you will work for it.
I am so happy when a client closes on a house and they begin making it their home!! Nothing thrills me more than seeing someone who has worked hard saving money or bringing up their credit score finally have their dream become a reality. It is amazing and so exciting to watch their eyes light up when they get the keys!
